Also, make sure you have the right time of departure for the cruise ship. You need to call up the office (where you bought the ticket)a couple of days before and confirm the time. Sometimes, cruise ships delay their departure because of the weather or some problems with the ticket system. If you have some people meeting you there or a you have car rental that you have hired, make sure that you call them a couple of days before and confirm your estimated time of arrival and the car rental will be there on time to pick you up.

3. Bring extra money and keep it somewhere safe

This one thing is very important because, the extra money will be what gets you off the island, in case you do have some emergency come up. To make sure you will have the extra money with you, keep the it in a different spot from the money that you have planned to bring already.

4. Don’t forget to put a name on and inside all your baggage

Never forget to put your identification marks on all your baggage. This should be in addition to a baggage tag. YOu also should put some kind of secret mark inside and out of your baggage, just in case the baggage gets lost. At this time you might have to have something that will prove you own the baggage. Make sure you put a sturdy lock on all your baggage, as well.
